How to Get into Radiology Course

This course is aimed at Doctors who would like to do radiology, or are thinking of achieving a place on a radiology scheme. It is aimed not only at those applying in the next year but also for those who are preparing for application in the next couple of years. It in no way guarantees success  - but it should certainly help improve your chances in the process to get onto your desired scheme.

Included in the Course:

  • Career pathway of a Radiologist - Why do Radiology?
  • Do's and don'ts of applying for Radiology - What you need to do
  • Current hot and controversial topics in Radiology
  • Interview process
  • How to improve your portfolio and CV
  • Examples of plain films, CT and MRI
  • There will be a chance to meet registrars who have recently just gone through the application and interview process
  • Attendees will be given a certificate for their portfolio

Course fee is £100 including lunch. You have the option to pay £5 for parking at the nearby Liverpool cathedral.

 If you wish to cancel your place on the course there is a 10% administration fee. Cancellations will be accepted up to 2 weeks before the course date

  15. I think the title should be more "sober". This title appears to be "street smart". I would hesitate to put this title on my Radiology application form. "radiology preparation course" is a better title.
