Warrington and Halton hospital
Warrington Hospital provides all acute services for Warrington and surrounding areas. It is a 650 bed hospital situated close to the M56, M62 and M6 motorways - about 30 minutes travelling time from Liverpool University. The X-ray Department at Warrington consists of 11 radiographic rooms in the Main Department, 2 radiographic rooms in a separate Accident and Emergency X-ray Department and a 4 room Ultrasound Department. Radio-isotope studies are performed in the Gamma Camera suite situated in the Main Department.
